About the Artist
I am an art and design professional driven by the belief that thoughtful design transforms how we live and experience our spaces. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in art and design education, guiding others to see possibility, think creatively, and bring meaningful ideas to life.
I design for the everyday person — especially those who feel professional design may be out of reach. I believe high-end, livable design should never feel exclusive. No project is too large or too intimate, too relaxed or too refined. Beautiful, intentional spaces belong to everyone, and my work is rooted in making that belief a reality.
Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, I earned my degree in Interior Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and studied Interior Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. My architectural studies have also taken me to the University of Southern California, the Oulu School of Architecture in Finland, and SCAD Hong Kong, shaping a global perspective that continues to inform my work.
In addition to my design practice, I speak on art and design and lead workshops for educators at conferences across the state and nation. I am a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and have served on the Executive Board of the North Carolina Art Education Association.
