Payment and Refund Policy

Interior Design Services

Consultation - Full payment for design consultation is due prior to arrival to location. For full-service interior design jobs, design solutions are discussed prior to install and payment deposit requirements will be discussed at that time. All deposit balances are due after purchase orders are approved and before they are placed.

Design in a Click - Full fee is due prior to consult.

No refunds will be issued on design services.

paint pARTy by N-Design

A 50% deposit is required to book and save the date for your party. The deposit is refundable up until 7 days prior to your event, after which the deposit becomes nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of your party. No refunds will be given after the party is over.

Commissioned Artwork

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order for artwork to begin. After the artwork is approved by the purchaser, the remaining balance is due before the artwork is handed over to the purchaser. Shipping and handling fees are included in the initial amount quoted to complete the artwork. No refunds will be issued after artwork begins or after it is received by the purchaser.

Portfolio Preparation

All payments are due upfront. N-Design is not responsible for the student's admittance to the institution of their choice.
