Interior Design Services

Consultation - Through email, phone call, or an in-person chat, consultation expectations will be discussed and understood by both the client and N-Design prior to the day of the consultation. Full payment is due at the beginning of the consultation.

Consult & Strategy - Through email, phone call, or an in-person chat, consultation and strategy expectations will be discussed and understood by both the client and N-Design prior to the day of the consultation. Full payment is due at the beginning of the consultation. After artwork and design layout is presented, if the client is unsatisfied with the initial design solution, the client is allowed one complimentary revision.

Down to the Details - Through email, phone call, or an in-person chat, expectations for the project will be discussed and understood by both the client and N-Design prior to the day of the consultation. 50% of the projected project fee is due at the end of the initial consultation. After the design strategy is approved by the client, the design process will proceed. If the client is unsatisfied with the initial design strategy, one complimentary revision will be made. The remaining 50% balance is due after purchase orders are approved and before they are placed.

Web Appeal - Through email, phone call, or an in-person chat, Web Appeal expectations will be discussed and understood by both the client and N-Design prior to the day of the consultation. If the scope of the project calls for strategy work, one complimentary revision will be permitted. 75% of the payment is due at the beginning of the consultation. The remaining 25% balance is due prior to the client receiving 5 snapshots of the redesigned space.

No refunds will be issued on design services.

paint pARTy by N-Design

A 50% deposit is required to book and save the date for your party. The deposit is refundable up until 7 days prior to your event, after which the deposit becomes nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of your party. No refunds will be given after the party is over.

Commissioned Artwork

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order for artwork to begin. After the artwork is approved by the purchaser, the remaining balance is due before the artwork is handed over to the purchaser. Shipping and handling fees are included in the initial amount quoted to complete the artwork. Artwork can be approved in person, through images sent in phone or email messages, or through iChat or Skype. No refunds will be issued after artwork begins or after it is received by the purchaser.

Photographs

For lifestyle photography shoots, a 50% deposit is needed to book your appointment time. The remaining balance is due by the end of the photo session. Digital files will be given to the purchaser after payment is received and within 2 weeks from the shoot.

Full payment is due in order to receive prints of architectural photography. All sales are final.

Portfolio Preparation

All payments are due upfront. N-Design is not responsible for the student's admittance to the institution of their choice.
